Step 2 – Walkthrough
If the pre-screening is successfully completed, a property walkthrough may be scheduled.
Step 3 – Full Application Submission & Screening Review
If both parties remain interested after the walkthrough and the pre-screening process is successfully completed, applicants will be required to complete a full application through TenantCloud. A non-refundable $55 application fee will apply for background and credit screening.
The screening process may include verification of:

Step 4 – Lease & Move-In Requirements
If the final screening is successfully completed, applicants will be required to sign a minimum 12-month lease agreement and provide the required security deposit and first month's rent prior to move-in.
